Caitlin Moyer is a certified Yoga for Golfers instructor (Level 1 & 2).

She teaches weekly yoga classes to the Marquette University Men's Golf Team

and provides clinics for the public at various locations.

 In those workshops, Caitlin will lead you through an informative but relaxing 45-minute yoga class where you'll learn poses and stretches that you can incorporate into your fitness routine, helping you gain flexibility and mobility, specifically targeted toward improving your golf game. You'll incorporate strength and balance, too.

Flexibility and Mobility for Golfers

Join Caitlin for a 45-minute workshop where she'll share some

helpful stretches as well as pre- and post-round routines. 

Location: Golf Galaxy in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Dates/Times: Saturday, April 22 @ 9:15 am &/or Wednesday, April 26 @ 6:30 pm


Price: $25 for one session, $40 if you attend both.

For attending, you will also receive your choice of 30 minutes of range time;

or, a free lesson with PGA pro Mark Voeller at Golf Galaxy.


Details: Attendees must bring their own mat and will be required to sign a waiver (you can click the link to fill it out in advance and bring it. or arrive early and sign at the door).

All participants should plan to arrive10 minutes early to check in and get set up. 

Space is limited to the first 20 attendees for each date and advance payment is required to reserve your space.

Refunds are only provided in the event of event cancellation.
