Caitlin Moyer is a certified Yoga for Golfers instructor (Level 1 & 2).
She teaches weekly yoga classes to the Marquette University Men's Golf Team
and provides clinics for the public at various locations.
In those workshops, Caitlin will lead you through an informative but relaxing 45-minute yoga class where you'll learn poses and stretches that you can incorporate into your fitness routine, helping you gain flexibility and mobility, specifically targeted toward improving your golf game. You'll incorporate strength and balance, too.
