Besides communications and marketing, I am passionate about health and fitness, too.

So much so that I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT).

I also hold a golf fitness specialization and am a certified Yoga for Golfers instructor. 

While seemingly unrelated, for me, these interests are all connected.


As a creative, I find much of my inspiration away from a desk or a screen. This means that the next great idea I have for your company might come on a long run, or after a relaxing yoga session.

I've also been fortunate to marry many of these passions through various partnerships and projects and I hope for even more opportunities to share my interests and expertise in the future.

After practicing yoga for over15 years, I decided

to deepen my practice by attending Marianne Wells Yoga School where I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Nosara, Costa Rica.


I currently teach classes in Wisconsin at Toned Body Fitness in Elm Grove, Get Hot Yoga in Wauwatosa, Elite Sports Club in Brookfield and at various outdoor locations in Wauwatosa and Milwaukee.


 Aside from group classes, you can contact me to host workshops, parties, private sessions and more.

I love most things outdoors including biking and hiking and I'm very proud of my current 4+ year streak of reaching my step goal.  

 I am an avid runner and have completed one full marathon and several half-marathons. I'm currently working on improving my 5K time.


In the gym, you can find me enjoying weight and circuit training, boxing, Pilates and more.

In an effort to broaden my understanding of the human body and biomechanics, I recently became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Golf Fitness Specialist.

I am a huge sports fan, but golf is the only sport I have actually ever played with any regularity.

My dad introduced me to the game at a young age and I played on my high school team. 

Over the last two decades since then, while I have continued to play, my previous job prevented me from doing so as much as I would like. 

Now, I feel very fortunate that I have the opportunity to not only play more golf, but to work in the industry through relationships with the Wisconsin State Golf Association, and others.

I've also been able to combine my yoga and fitness expertise with the sport, leading workshops and clinics to help others improve their game through increasing mobility and strength.
