5:30 p.m. from November through April.

Each week, I'll lead you through a relaxing 45-minute yoga flow. Please see below for full schedule and check back for any updates.

This is a "pay what you'd like" donation-based class (suggested amount is $5-10, payable via cash or Venmo to CMoyer) and you do not need to register in advance.
Be sure to bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and a neighbor/friend!

Get Hot Yoga
Wednesdays @ 5:30am
On Wednesday mornings at 5:30 a.m., I teach "GHY Power Flow 95" at Get Hot Yoga in Wauwatosa.

This is Get Hot Yoga's signature class. All levels are welcome. The class is heated to 95 degrees and flows at a moderate to fast pace with music.

Wisconsin Athletic Club
Thursdays @ 6am
On Thursday mornings at 6 a.m., I teach a Boot Camp class at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Wauwatosa.
​
A combination of cardio and strength, this class will challenge you. You'll burn calories, build muscle and have fun while doing it with an ever-changing workout.

Toned Body Fitness

I am also a member of the awesome team at Toned Body Fitness. While I have hosted yoga and boot camp classes there in the past, I do not currently teach a regular class. However, you will still see me there from time to time as a substitute teacher; and I also host private yoga sessions for TBF clients upon request.

Yoga for Golfers
​
As a certified Yoga for Golfers instructor, I teach weekly yoga classes to the Marquette University Men's Golf Team and provide "Yoga for Golfers," clinics for the public at various locations.
​
In those workshops, I'll lead you through an informative but relaxing 45-minute yoga class where you'll learn poses and stretches that you can incorporate into your fitness routine, helping you gain flexibility and mobility, specifically targeted toward improving your golf game.

I have also been asked to put together fun themed classes for special occasions.

Paddle Pewaukee
SUP Yoga on the Lake!

This summer, join me for stand-up paddleboard yoga on Pewaukee Lake through Paddle Pewaukee.
This year, I am not teaching a regular class, but will be subbing occasionally and hosting special events, so check back here for details!. For $25, you get a 75-minute class as well as board and paddle rental.

Join me for outdoor yoga at McKinley Elementary School in Wauwatosa's Pasadena neighborhood (Wright Street, between 89th & 90th) weekly from mid-May through October.
Each week (weather permitting), I'll lead you through
a relaxing 45-minute yoga flow beginning at 5:30 p.m.

This is an all-levels, "pay what you'd like" donation-based class (suggested amount is $5-10, payable via cash or Venmo to CMoyer); you do not need to register in advance, but a waiver is required.
Be sure to bring your own mat, towel, water bottle
and a neighbor/friend!
