Get Hot Yoga
Wednesdays @ 5:30am

On Wednesday mornings at 5:30 a.m., I teach "GHY Power Flow 95" at Get Hot Yoga in Wauwatosa.

This is Get Hot Yoga's signature class. All levels are welcome. The class is heated to 95 degrees and flows at a moderate to fast pace with music.

Thursdays @ 6am

On Thursday mornings at 6 a.m., I teach a Boot Camp class at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Wauwatosa.

A combination of cardio and strength, this class will challenge you. You'll burn calories, build muscle and have fun while doing it with an ever-changing workout.

Pasadena Yoga 
Wauwatosa Library
Thursdays @ 5:30pm

This winter, join me for yoga on Thursday evenings at

5:30pm from November through April.

Each week, I'll lead you through a relaxing 45-minute yoga in the Firefly Room at the Wauwatosa Library.

This class is a "pay what you'd like" donation-based class (suggested amount is $5-10, payable via cash or Venmo to CMoyer) and you do not need to register in advance.

Be sure to bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and a neighbor/friend!

NOTE: This event is not sponsored by the Wauwatosa Public Library.

Elite Sports Club
Fridays @ 5:45am

On Friday mornings at 6 a.m., I teach a vinyasa flow class at Elite Sports Club in Brookfield.

This class features an energetic, creative, full-spectrum vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina, and balance. A dynamic flow of postures synchronized with movement and breath creates a more balancing effect.

On Saturday mornings at 9am, I host a free yoga and stretching class on Instagram Live for one of my favorite athletic brands: Barbell Apparel.

Koha Yoga
Back in Summer '22!

Occasionally, I teach stand-up paddleboard yoga on Pewaukee Lake through Koha Yoga. For $20, you get a 75-minute class as well as board and paddle rental. Check back for details and a schedule closer to summer of 2022. 

Also: This makes a GREAT group outing! Plan to make SUP Yoga part of your next gathering. From bachelorette parties to birthdays, this is a fun way to start or end your day!

Yoga Poses for Golfers Clinics

Periodically, I teach "Yoga Poses for Golfers," clinics at The Practice Station, a year-round golf practice facility located in New Berlin. 

Here, I'll lead you through an informative but relaxing 45-minute yoga class where you'll learn poses and stretches that you can incorporate into your fitness routine, helping you gain flexibility and mobility, specifically targeted toward improving your golf game.

Join me for outdoor yoga in Wauwatosa's Pasadena neighborhood from May through October. 

Each week (weather permitting), I'll lead you through a relaxing 45-minute yoga flow.

Pasadena Yoga Tuesdays is a "pay what you'd like" donation-based class (suggested amount is $5-10, payable via cash or Venmo to CMoyer) and you do not need to register in advance.

Toned Body Fitness

I am also a member of the awesome team at Toned Body Fitness. While I have hosted yoga and boot camp classes there in the past, I do not currently teach a regular class. However, you will still see me there from time to time as a substitute teacher; and I also host private yoga sessions for TBF clients upon request.

Last winter, I partnered with Toned Body Fitness and GOLFTEC to host flexibility, mobility and strength for golf seminars, too.
