Yoga for Golfers Workshop at Blades Golf

  • Yoga mat

  • Mid-iron golf club

  • Comfortable clothing that allows a full range of motion

 

No yoga experience needed!

All attendees will be required to sign a waiver. You may complete this in advance using the link provided or arrive early and sign at the door.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and setup.

Space is limited and advance payment is required to reserve your spot. Refunds will only be issued in the event of workshop cancellation.

About the Workshop

This one-hour workshop is designed for golfers of all skill levels to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength—key components of a more efficient swing and a healthier body on the course.

Participants will work on movements that help:

  • Swing smoother and more efficiently

  • Increase endurance throughout a round

  • Reduce the risk of injury and support recovery

During the session, you’ll:

  • Learn the fundamentals of Yoga for Golfers (flexibility and mobility work specific to golf)

  • Practice movements that support posture, rotation, and overall body mechanics

  • Gain tools you can continue using to support your golf game

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned golfer, this workshop offers practical, accessible movement strategies to help you play better and feel better.
