I’m honored to be featured in a recent article by The Penny Hoarder highlighting yoga teachers across the country who are working to make the practice more accessible through free and low-cost classes.

Since 2021, I’ve been offering donation-based community yoga classes here in Milwaukee — outdoors in local green spaces during the warmer months and indoors at the Wauwatosa Public Library throughout the winter. What started as a passion project has grown into a meaningful way to give back, foster connection, and reduce barriers to movement and mindfulness.

As a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and lifelong communicator, I believe that wellness should be inclusive, approachable, and rooted in community. No expensive memberships. No pressure. Just come as you are.

Thank you to The Penny Hoarder for the spotlight — and to everyone who’s ever rolled out a mat with me. Your presence and support mean the world.
